You can use the estimator to determine the approximate taxes on any Market/Assessment value that you input for any chosen tax district in the county.The general purpose of the estimator is to show how your tax dollars are allocated in areas of your local county government for the current fiscal year.
DISCLAIMER! There are many variables that can affect your final taxes that this estimator does not take into account. The exemptions listed are used in the estimation however the property may be subject to additional special assessments which may be placed on an upcoming tax bill. The calculations used to breakdown the taxes rounds to two decimal positions and therefore may cause discrepancies with totals.
